1. What products do you sell?

2. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We offer free shipping across India to all serviceable pin codes.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier serviceability.


4. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


5. What payment methods are available?

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes


6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for select locations. COD orders may require verification via call or message before dispatch.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to approve any return or exchange.


9. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchange is allowed only if a wrong product is received, subject to availability and approval after verification.


10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 business days after inspection.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.


11. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video.
Without video proof, we won’t be able to process a replacement or refund.


12. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact support.


13. Are there any hidden charges?

No. We offer clear pricing and free shipping. Any applicable charges will always be shown at checkout.
